Since 2002, Aegis Technology has developed leading scientific and engineering expertise in the development and fabrication of high-temperature silicon carbide (SiC) power electronics and its associated packaging. We have five PhD scientists and electrical engineers on our research team and a number of partners from national laboratories and universities. Our projects have been funded via SBIR/STTR contracts from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), NASA, and Department of Energy (DoE). We also conduct multiple in-house SiC power electronics projects. We welcome inquiries from all organizations. No job is too small.
