Over the years, Aegis Technology has received numerous research contracts from the Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) related to the development of high efficiency and compact power conversion systems using high temperature, high power density capable SiC power devices.  Aegis Technology has developed and continues to commercialize the following technologies related to SiC power electronics:
